Beautifully decaying monuments in old Yugoslavia look like they're from the future

These monuments to a bygone era really get me thinking about the boring stuff and tat that is being built these days. Wouldn't it be better if we followed these designers and tried to evoke feelings of where we could go in the future (even if a lot of these are monuments to world war and cold war tragedies).
