Gemma Nash has now been working within the field of equality and diversity for over fifteen years as a trainer, consultant and project manager, and is currently the Equality Associate for Drake Music.
Based on the social model of disability, her training focuses on making the removal of disabling barriers a reality for people with impairments. Gemma also provide organisations with the tools needed to develop accessible services for disabled people and promote disability as an Equality Issue.
