Busy Busy Busy........

Well at last, I get a second to update you all with whats been going on. The games project in the school is coming to an end with the last session being run next Tuesday. I'm quite sad to be leaving as usual but at least I have made quite a lot of progress. From feeling like I was loosing the interest of most of the groups I've come up with a few games that seem to have rekindled their interest and in one of the groups I've even got a team thats moved onto making its own levels at Pong!! Not much chance of anyone designing and making their own game but as far as I've got is actually quite far, and all in only 12 weeks with only about 8 of practical. I have to admit to now hating IT guys though. I know I aint no network geek but I have a dam good idea about how things work and I've never met such a load of 'cant be arsed lazies'!! Well not all but the one on in charge........ oooooooooooooo

Anyway, apart from that the Scribble website is still on the grass verge waiting to be loaded into the van but the parent carers site is well on its way. Its blog (manchesterparentcarers.blogspot.com) is online but still only one carer at a time seems to be able to make it to the planning sessions...... Not sure how this is going to work out but I'm gonna make damn sure that its up and running even if it has no information in it by the time it goes live! Its a real shame as during the consultation that I did before staring the project there was a lot of support and also moaning about how the city council had always let them down .... but if this is the way it goes I'm wondering if its really the councils fault. Come on carers, theres thousands of you out there in Manchester, come and get involved in your very own website!!!
